HIPOWER
Welding and Cutting for blister packaging,for welding and cutting blister of PVC,PET,APET,PETG,GAG and other eco-friendly material;it is turn table, HF welding and cutting machine.
Blister Packaging Machine adopts auto-turn table design, while with 6 working stations, it realizes precision position with help of precision cam-splitter. Cardboard feeding station and finished products pick-up stations will adopt robot unit, thus various size of cardboard / blister clamshell can be feed on the SAME robot unit, by changing fix unit position on the robot unit.

Station 1: ——Feed Blister clam-shell and products into lower mold by hand
Station 2: —— Feed paper board automatically, and Date pressing at same time
Station 3: ——H.F. Welding blister & cardboard together
Station 4: ——Robot unit pick-up finished products
